Natively, an internal user (non-administrator) cannot retrieve any information packets stored on the platform.
The internal user will be able to access the query module but will not be able to view anything except that:
- The documentary series to which the documentation or archive information package you wish to consult belongs has an access policy associated with the public access regime
- In all other cases, when access is restricted, the user will only be able to access it if:
- The user is part of a group
- There is an access policy associated with the document series or file information package, in which the group / s to which the user belongs has permission to consult.
