User Type: Any administrator user and internal users who have query permissions
The consultation and visualization module is the one that allows the consultation, retrieval and visualization of the archive information packages stored on the iARXIU platform, guaranteeing compliance with the current regulations on access that affect the aforementioned documents by the system and third-party users.
In the PIA query we can differentiate between a basic search and an advanced search. Basic search is performed on metadata common to all packages defined by the platform, and advanced search by package-specific metadata is based on the vocabularies used in the templates used when logging in.
In addition other functionalities are included like:
- Search PIA for basic package metadata or specific vocabulary metadata.
- View the list of results and the possibility of exporting them to excel.
- View and access PIA metadata or view the contents of files that are part of the PIA
- Download the Query Information Package (PIC) in ZIP format, metadata only, or download URL
- Download evidence report
- Online document conversion
- Download authentic copy
- View PIA stock history
- View access history (visible only to the archive and administrator roles)
