Once the user authenticates on the platform, they must select the entity and documentary fund with which they want to operate. In those cases where the user only has permissions to a single entity and documentary fund, this selection screen will not appear.
Once inside the body and documentary fund, and depending on the roles you have assigned you will see some tabs or others. The archiving role will see three tabs: login, query, and administration. Instead, the internal user will only see the login and query tab. The home tab is seen by any user and can be found in the manuals, news and documentation governing the service.
