User type: entity administrator
Once the user authenticates on the platform, they must select the organization with which they want to operate (it is important not to select any documentary collection).
Funds management allows the entity administrator to create documentary funds within the organization with which they are working and associate who will be its administrators (funds administrator and/or archivist).
To register a collection, simply go to the “Administration” tab and click on the “Add” button in the “Documentary Collections” menu.
