The iARXIU platform includes three ways to add or register a documentary series. In all cases, it is essential to report the classification code and title in order to register a series.
Documentary series with a classification code and title that already exist cannot be registered.
Individually through the web
In this case, the user must fill out a registration form:
Massively by uploading a csv file
The CSV file must include the following fields and in the order detailed:
- Classification code
- Original title
- Description
- Description level
- Producer name
- Internal code
- Start date (dd / mm / yyyy)
- End date (dd / mm / yyyy)
Fields with commas (,) must be separated by csv format indications. If there is a comma in the content of any of these fields, double quotation marks must be included at the beginning and end of the text.
