User type: fund manager and archivist
Once the administrator and / or archive user authenticates on the platform, they must select the entity and documentary fund with which they want to operate. In those cases where the user only has permissions to a single entity and documentary fund, this selection screen will not appear.
Once inside, the user role appears at the top right of the screen, and the administration features are as follows:
- Management of documentary series
- Management of access policies
- Disposition policy management
- Management of preservation policies
- User and group management
- Template management: creation and administration
- Vocabulary management
- Folder management
- Check stock and access log
- Check statistics
