User type: Fund administrator and archivist
Once the administrator and/or archivist user authenticates on the platform, they must select the organization and documentary collection with which they wish to operate. In cases where the user only has permissions to a single organization and documentary collection, this selection screen will not appear.
Once inside, the user's role appears in the upper right part of the screen and the administration functionalities that appear are the following:
- Documentary series management
- Access policy management
- Disposition policy management
- Management of preservation policies
- User and group management
- Template management: creation and administration
- Vocabulary management
- Folder management
- Consult the record of actions and accesses
- Check statistics
